Our manufacturing facility is based in Sihor, a small town of Bhavnagar Municipality, Gujarat. The manufacturing unit is spread over large area with capacity of upto 3000 matric ton per month. Our manufacturing unit is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. All the workers are stationed at this unit. They are producing everything starting from C.I. Ingot Moulds to Iron Casters, Foundry and more.
Deepak Technocast makes it a point to treat every worker of the company as its family member. Hence, it offers a supportive environment for their workers in all respect. A special quarter has been built for them. The 2-storey building is located close to the manufacturing unit. As it’s close to the manufacturing unit, workers can easily take rest or relax during breaks. They can have snacks from the canteen provided for them within the quarter.
Apart from the manufacturing facility, and the workers' quarter, our infrastructure also includes Admin Office. The prime focus of our Admin Office is to deliver quality products and that too on time. Our staffs working with the Admin department makes sure that all our products meet the set Strict quality standards.
The accounting and operations of our company are looked after by the fully equipped Corporate Office in Bhavnagar. Located in a very posh area in middle of the city, the premices has all the modern facilities like Conference Room, CCTV Camera, Centralized AC etc.
